Summer camps run Mon. – Fri., 8:30 a.m – 4:00 p.m. Cost: $175 for full week; $50.00 per day for individual days + sales tax. The recommended age for these camps are 7-11.
These camps are a great opportunity to get your children up and active and to help teach them the importance of sports, nutrition, teamwork and fitness as a lifestyle.
TWEEN / YOUNG TEEN FITNESS
Mon., Wed., & Thurs..7 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Cost: $110.00 a month - recurring monthly membership;
The recommended age for this class is 12-14. This class is a comprehensive athletic improvement and conditioning program designed for youths in sports requiring improved agility, explosiveness, speed, strength, work capacity and mental fortitude.
YOGA / MOBILITY
With Amanda (Reiki Master, 200 hr. Yoga Alliance Certified, and CrossFit Mobility Certified)
Tuesdays & Thursday 5:15 a.m. - 6:00 a.m.
