Classes are starting, remember they start at 6am, 530pm and 630pm. Make sure you're there early to complete any necessary paperwork and you're dressed to start the class on time. Remember it's 5 burpees for every minute you're late :-)
The workout is named special for all the new people that have never done CrossFit before :-) The workouts are fun, competitive, and hard but they get you in shape without having to live in the gym. Each of you, of your own free will, are choosing to come in and take the first step towards elite fitness and being a part of the CrossFit community.
Strength: Find your 3 rep Max Deadlift
WOD: "It's not my fault"

20 Wall Balls
20 Sit Ups
20 Box Jumps
200 Meter Run
NOTE: All of the workouts we do this first week will be repeated in 3 months. So you can track your progress and see how much I'm sure you will destroy the times from this week.
