Skill:  Snatch and Power Snatch Skill

 

WOD:

Run 400 Meters

 

3 rounds of:

15 Power Snatch (95/75)

30 Double Unders(or 60 singles)

Nothing makes me happier than when my Erin volunteers me to do extra work.  Everyone was working hard on their own but she wanted everyone to have a little extra motivation on their third round of rowing, so she screams out "Ron will do 25 burpees for each person that beats their first round row time"  I am happy to say congrats to James for being the only person today that rowed faster in his third round than he did the first round.  James first round of 500 was 1:56 and his third round of 500 was 1:55........by a second.  Great work James and good job everyone.  You can see by the look on my face I was very excited to be doing the burpeees for a good reason.
