strength/skill:  work on Pull-ups and knees to elbows

 

WOD:

21-15-9

Kettlebell Swings

Sumo Deadlift High Pull

Knees to Elbow

 

I'm happy to see everyone still walking in the door, even if it's slower and looks like you're in pain.  These are the days you're going to be your sorest, how do you work it out?  You work out :-)  Once you're really warmed up and moving the pain magically goes away.....it just goes awayyyyyyyy.
