Workout of the Day (WOD)

Saturday 10/30/10

Teams of two will complete the following WOD.  Their score will be their combined total points.  Top Team gets bragging rights for the week...........Push each other.

WOD:

3 rounds for time.  1 Minute at each section:

Section 1:  Wall Balls (20/14)                       1 rep = 1 point

Section 2:  Burpees                                      1 rep = 2 points

Section 3:  Double Unders/Single Unders     1 DU = 1 point or 3 SU = 1 point

Section 4:  Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/55)  1 rep = 1 point

Section 5:  Row                                            1 Calorie = 1 point

 

* You will get 30 seconds transition to move between exercises and to write down your scores

** 2 Minutes rest between rounds after completing all 5 sections
