Workout of the Day (WOD)

I hope you had a long holiday weekend.  Let's get some good work in this week before everyone lives it up again new years weekend.

Strength:
Back Squat

WOD:
500 m row,
10-dead lifts (225/185)
20-box jumps (24”),
30-KB Swings(55/35)

40-Wall Ball (20/14)
50-OH Lunges (45/25)
500 m row.

Do not pace yourself with this WOD or try to "game it".  Test yourself and do not hold back, your legs and lungs are going to be burning, just keep moving. One rep at a time, one exercise at a time, its just a big hill, put one foot in front of the other and do not stop until the job is done.
