Workout of the Day (WOD)

Tuesday 12/7/10

I lost my first official prescribed WOD last night so:

****CLASSES ARE CANCELLED THE REST OF THE WEEK SO I CAN MOURN MY FIRST CFIB LOSS****

I need the rest of the week to pout and mope around the house.  I was hoping I'd make it until January before a CFIB members beat me but I didn't make it.  Seth destroyed the WOD yesterday and he beat me in a workout that had some of my favorite exercises in it. 

Erin saw me writing this, is giving me a dirty look and said I can't be a poor sport.  So I guess classes are not cancelled. See you on Tuesday.

Great job Seth, I'll order the special Red CFIB shirt for you right away.  So who's going to be the first female client to beat me in a Rx WOD?  I'm sure it won't be that long, we are developing some CF Shanimals(is that a word?)

Tyler (on the left) is a die hard Cougars fan and didn't mind the extra burpees they earned him :-)
