Strength: Shoulder Press

WOD:

4 Minutes

Each minute on the minute perform 10 Toes to bar then use the remaining time in that minute to complete as many SDHP (75/45)

Rest 2 Minutes

4 Minutes

Each minute on the minute perform 10 Kettlebell Swings (55/35) then use the remaining time in that minute to complete as many Power Snatches (75/45).

Rest 2 Minutes

4 Minutes

Each minute on the minute perform 10 Overhead Lunges(45/25) then use the remaining time in that minute to complete as many Box Jumps (20 inches)

Your final score = total SDHP Reps + Total Power Snatches + Total Box Jumps

Again I must be in a good mood.  Look at those short mini WODs with so much rest scheduled in.  I should just call tomorrows WOD "CrossFit Interbays Rest Day"
