Workout of the Day (WOD)

It's time to start repeating some of the workouts we have done since we opened, so this week all our workouts will be ones we've already done.  They will be new to some of you however these will be repeated again sometime down the road.

The first wod we will repeat was done on 10/18/10, double check your rounds completed and weights to compare.

5 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)

10 Sit Ups

15 Air Squats
