I didn't get a chance to write down everyones progress from the previous time they did yesterdays WOD so please post in the comments your Pr's, weights and times.
There will be two WODs today. The following WOD will be done if Kendal and/or Evan is in your class.
10 Rounds for time: 100 Push Ups, 100 running in place bicep curls, 100 Ring Dips, and 100 Handstand Pushups. You're Welcome......ask me to not put any upper body exercises in the next days wod because you're sore....sheeeeesh :-)
