This is the first CrossFit Interbay Benchmark WOD that will go on the big board.
We will go in two heats. Each person will have someone counting for them.
30 deadlifts (185/135)
20 power cleans (135/95)
10 shoulder to overhead (135/95)
100 Double Unders
* Use only one bar during this WOD and adjust your weights during the WOD on your own. I know the counters will want to help but they aren't allowed. Each person is responsible for changing their own weights.
Congrats to Taryn for getting her first Red Time yesterday.
