Some of you may Remember Dr. Bob and Anna Cummins.  They did a rowing clinic with us and left us some great information to improve our row and develop new people to rowing.

Here we are after the clinic earlier this year.  CrossFit did a great story on Anna, her new role with CrossFit and how her athletic life.
