Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 11/21/11

We will have a regular schedule all week except for Thanksgiving.  On Thursday we will have just one WOD at 10am.

Strength:  Backsquat Week 4

with a 15 minute running clock:


75 Double Unders

50 KB Swings (55/35)

40 Wall Balls

30 Box Jump Up and Overs

20 HSPU

with remaining time of 15 minutes if you're able to complete all the exercises(max reps Weighted Chin-ups 25/10 (palms facing in))

The Jog Strap......such a simple and obvious invention.
