Workout of the Day (WOD)

Some of you have been asking for a nutrition plan or more guidance.  Well Taryn Perry has been running fitness & nutrition challenges, with her Beachbody customers, every 30 days and there have been some AMAZING results.  Why?  ACCOUNTABILITY!!

So, as Elite CrossFiter's, you've got the fitness down, but may slack in the nutrition and need a little nudge to become faster, stronger and leaner that following a tighter nutrition plan can accomplish.

For the month of December, Taryn is putting together a small accountability Challenge group for CFIB members only.  The goal and idea behind this accountability group is to have tools for success to survive the holidays, not succumb to the holiday weight gain, YET, still enjoy and yes, INDULGE too!  

Each member interested in participating will state their FITNESS commitment by claiming how many times a week you'll be at the Box and each group member will commit to their NUTRITION and be replacing one meal (or snack) with a meal replacement shake, SHAKEOLOGY.  

To reach the next level of weight loss or physical results, you need to tighten up your nutrition, it's essential to get back to the basics.  Yes, nothing crazy, no starving or deprivation.  Just real, sound nutrition and a shake to help get you there.
