Workout of the Day (WOD)

Friday 12/16/11 Tomorrow is the Toys for Tots WODfest at O.G.E.R. CrossFit

Tomorrow is the Toys for Tots WODfest at O.G.E.R. CrossFit.  We will have a 9am class but the 10am class is cancelled.  The event starts at 11am and will run in heats for the individual wod and then we will have a team wod after everyone has gone.  It will be good fun and stay downtown after to finish off your christmas Shoppng.  Stop in even if you don't feel like working out just to say hi and cheer on your friends.

10 Push Press (95/65)

15 Sit Ups

20 Double Unders

This isn't an endorsement for Planet Fitness but I will admit some of their commercials and their Lunk alarm crack me up.  Plus let's be honest, we have a person like this in our gym...we won't say his name but he knows who he is and most the people in our gym know who he is....
