WOD:

20 Minute AMRAP

3 Clean & Jerk (rx 135/95, FB 155/105)

4 Burpees

5 Kettlebell SDHP (55/35)

Dan Cerrillo of CrossFit Bellevue put together this sweet photo video with some of the pictures from the competition.  We plan on doing this again in June.  He was the perfect person to run this competition with, he's the Yin to my Yang, the peanut butter to my jelly, and he's the Macaroni to my Cheese.
