Workout of the Day (WOD)

Tuesday 3/22/11 "No, I wasn't kidding"

I think this WOD will be named "No, I wasn't kidding"  I told a few people the WOD yesterday and after they smiled, high fived and rolled their eyes at me they said "you're messing with me, I know you're kidding"

hehehehe no I wasn't but everyone will do great and crush this WOD then feel good you completed it.

WOD:  "No, I wasn't kidding"------This WOD is scaleable, so don't be intimidated with all the running.  If you can't run, come in, if you are in the process of getting good at running, come in.  Challenge yourself.

Run 1 Mile

15 Ring Dips

30 KB Swings (55/35)

40 Lunges

50 Mt. Climbers

40 Lunges

Run 1 Mile- Then yell "Time", Fist Pump and Air Hump with joy.
