The first CrossFit Open WOD is in the books.  I'm excited to move on and excited for the upcoming WODs.  A few of us came in to give the WOD one last try.  Overall great job everyone.  Top scores for our gym:  Ron 7 rounds and 17 double unders and Erin 5 Rounds and 3 Double Unders.  I enjoyed seeing everyones natural competitiveness come out too.  After they did the WOD the first time they wanted to do it again and hit personal Pr's.  EXCELLENT
