9am class:

Run 800

30 Double Unders

30 Pull-Ups

30 Push-Ups

Run 400m

20 Double Unders

20 Pull-Ups

20 Push-Ups

Run 200m

10 Double Unders

10 Pull-Ups

10 Push-Ups

10am Class

Perform in teams of 2, each person must complete each exercise before moving on to the next couplet together

Couplet 1

50 Double Unders

30 Weighted Sit-Ups (45/25)

Couplet 2

Row 500m

Run 400m

Couplet 3

50 Box Jumps

50 Walking Lunges

Couplet 4

50 Wall Balls (20/14)

30 Medicine Ball Slams (20/14)

After those 4 Couplets are done then as a team

Do 20 burpees each then run 800m together

Then High Fives and Huges all around :)  Great day and a lot of fun.
