Scott T shared his accomplishment from this past weekend and I love hearing them.

Scott T.:  

Just wanted to share a small personal success. I ran the Seahawk 12k on Sunday. In preparation I just stuck to our Crossfit workouts 4 - 5 times per week. My time was 1:00:32 or 8:07 mile for about 7.5 miles. I never have ran that distance in one attempt my entire life and to run it in that time was an amazing personal accomplishment.

Big thank you to Ron, Erin, the other coaches and peers that push me through each and every workout.

Also, I hate running and the fact that I can now run ok over a fairly long distance and not need to run more that 2 miles in a week is the frosting on the cake...or may be that is the cake...

Great Job Scott.  I love hearing about activities and accomplishments from our members.  This is why we are here and this is why we CrossFit.
