Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 4/25/11

This Friday, 4/29/11 instead of having evening classes we're going to have constant heats of the CrossFit Open WOD 11.6.  It's the last WOD of the 6 week open so we're going to Beast this WOD, BBQ, hang out and have a few drinks.  Even if you're not doing the CrossFit Open, still come out and do the last WOD with us.  We'll scale it for each person so come out, train hard, hang out and have fun.  More details to follow.

Strength:  Backsquat

WOD:

On the minute every min for 15min or until Failure to complete the Round in the set minute.
4 Push ups
8 KB Swings (55/35)
12 Air squats

Here is a cool video of Georges St-Pierre (GSP) Training for UFC 129.  Here he is working on the rings. GSP works non stop on his fighting and maximizing his physical fitness so he is a well rounded athlete and does everything he can to remain UFC Champion.
