Strength:  Make up a strength you missed

9:15 WOD will be the wall ball/double under one we did on Thursday

Wow there were a lot of Rx's yesterday and great times.  As great as everyone did, I want to point out how far Paul has come.  I posted a video of Paul just 3 months ago getting his first double.  Yesterday Paul not only did the 150 double unders in the WOD without a problem, he got the 2nd fastest Rx time of the day at 7:28.  FRIGGIN AWESOME!!!!!

That's right I said Friggin, it's better then saying "Radical"

Again great job, Paul and to everyone.  I was excited with how everyone showed great heart and determination to not stop on those wall balls.

I think Bradd would be more comfortable if he had a beer in his hand here instead of a water :)
