5 minutes AMNAP (As much Napping as Possible)
Then off to WOD two
8 Minute AMRAP
10 Pushups but you must change hand position on every pushup
20 Double Unders
Richards video was a big hit yesterday. He was showing off some of his mad skills with taking the pictures, videos and putting it together in an amazing way for the gym to enjoy. Richard showing he's not one dimensional shows off his other skillz by knocking out his first muscle ups yesterday. Great job!
