Sweet, it's time to repeat a WOD from 1/19/11

Strength:  Shoulder Press

WOD:

3 Rounds for Time

15 Push Press (95/65)

10 Ring Dips

400m Run

Here is a good tutorial on the Push Press.  Funny watching these older CrossFit videos it's like watching the 1950's education videos.

Here is a sweet Tshirt that Dan came up with, I'm crossing my fingers this catches on for our gym :)  All we'll need to make it super sweet is a pair of unlaced adidas and a Kangol.

Had a lot of good pr's with front squats and weights for the WOD.  Keep up the hard work. 

Scores Updated :)  Great job overall, everyone really worked hard to stay with good form while not breaking and moving through this WOD as fast as possible without breaks.
