Workout of the Day (WOD)

Saturday 5/28/11

Holiday Schedule.  Regular classes on Saturday.  Closed Sunday and only class on Monday will be at 10am.  Have a great Memorial Day Weekend.

9am WOD announced in class.

10am:

TEAMS of 2
AMRAP 25 minutes
P1: 400 meter Med Ball Run (20/14)
P2: 30 Double Unders, 15 Sit ups
(30 DUs 15 Sit ups equal 1 round, accumulate as many rounds as possible before you teammate returns, teammate continues the reps when they switch)
