Workout of the Day (WOD)

Tuesday 5/31/11

Alright, I hope you had a great long weekend.  Send me your pictures for those that traveled, played, relaxed and did races.  Let's kick the week off fun and strong.

Strength:  5 x 50m sprint

WOD:

5 Rounds for time

8 Squat Snatch (95/65)

40 Double Unders (If you read this part and groaned or rolled your eyes, by CrossFit Law you must come in and do this WOD)

Here is Thomas running the Ski to Sea relay race, Thomas's leg was 7.81 miles which he finished in 48:32, he Pr'd this by 2 minutes.  Great job, work hard and play hard.

The kids wanted me to drive them in the back of the pickup for ice cream after the wod. How could I say no to those faces :)
