WOD:

3 Rounds for time

Run 800m

15 Knees to Elbow

25 Push Press (75/45)

I have to confess something, I need to open a new gym.  I may need people to open this one up with.  I love love CrossFit but I feel we could benefit with some of the same training taught like Master Flynns gym.
