Workout of the Day (WOD)

Monday 6/27/11

A group of CFIB signed up to do the Warrior Dash in just a few weeks.  We need to figure out who is doing the Warrior Dash, we'll have a list on the White Board in the gym then we need to decide should we get a sweet matching t-shirt or custom bandana for the event :-)   I'm definitely up for suggestions but we have to act on it soon.

Skill:  Snatch Drop

WOD:
3 Rounds for time
20 Hang Power Clean (135/95)
30 Bent Over Rows (135/95)
Run 800m
I heart coming to the gym(yes I sound like a 12 year old girl).  Even on our days off we tend to stop in for one thing and end up hanging out.  This has obviously turned out to be a good thing because then we may have missed this, some of my favorite pictures from the previous week.
Seriously, Beth, Ashley and Valery didnt plan this.  It was total coincidence they came in with matching pina colada tank tops and denim patchwork tights.

This class has fun, synchronized handstand push ups.

A few popping box push ups, or was it pimpin popping box push ups.
