Double Unders until fail
V-Ups until Fail
Your score will be the total number of Double Unders and total number of V-Ups completed at the end of 20 minutes.
Congrats to Michelle and Allen for completing their first Rx WOD yesterday and what a day to do it. Great job!
Earlier in the week I posted a picture of Geoff doing a handstand at a bachelor party, well he decided to increase the stakes and did a handstand at the wedding. Very Nice!!!!!
