Workout of the Day (WOD)

It's not a vacation unless you break out a handstand somewhere.  The Shepards know how to VACATION :-)

Skill:  Practice your Snatch, dial in your technique and determine what you will use for the WOD. 

“The Sweet Spot”

4 Rounds:

5 Power Snatch

10 Box Jumps

10 Deadlift

*your score is your weight.  Use the same weight & bar for Snatch & Deadlift.  Use the heaviest weight you can to complete the WOD in less than 10 Minutes.  If you go over 10 Minutes it’s a DNF.  You won't want to go so light that you finish in 4 minutes but not so heavy it takes you 15 minutes, so find the sweet spot :-)

I really don't know what to say about this video. It doesn't get sweet until 1:25 into the video but he obviously trained a long time to be considered an "Elite Canoer".  But to be honest, the music really helps his performance.   Perfect choice.
