As you all may know, Buttercup is out climbing Mt. Rainier this weekend and I have been given the all important task of posting the workout for you.
I thought in Ron fashion I would post some handstands. Since Im not sure where he keeps his handstand pic stash, I had to find some of my own.
There is no better time for a handstand then after you've just kicked major A at a soccer game. Way to go Taryn!
Naturally everyone else wanted to join in. . .
The above is Becca and Veronica and a child and two soccer moms. I bet if they CrossFitted they could have pushed those handstands up to full extension! :)
Even some soccer dads wanted in on the action. . .
And last but not least. . . Taryn's tightrope handstand at the circus.
Skill - Hang Squat Cleans (95/65). This is not a strength. We will be working it as a skill so the weight for men will be no more than 95 and women 65. The key here is to work on our explosion through the middle with open hips and the catch in the full squat.
