Workout of the Day (WOD)

Wednesday 9/21/11

I caught a couple of nice clips from the workout yesterday.  I need to edit it better and put it to some Selena Gomez music and really rock it out.

Strength:  Sumo Deadlift (if you're within your first 2 months of CrossFit then do traditional Deadlift)

WOD:  3 Rounds

15 Front Squats (135/95)

50 Double Unders           

                               I was thinking how much I missed Chris's Perv-stache.  We need to talk him back into growing it and keeping it for a longer period of time.  Sure sure sure the stache may mess with his job interviews.....orrrrrrr they'd see how awesome he is and he'd automatically get the job.
