Workout of the Day (WOD)

Thursday 9/29/11

Alright it looks like CrossFit Total took a little zip out of some of you so instead of making this epic benchmark week, we'll save a couple of those WODs when you're fresher.  Don't worry, we still have lots of fun in store for you.

Congrats to Paul for getting his first red time.  I watched him do every round of double unders unbroken then he was really pushing the run.  Big Props!!!!  Does anyone remember the video of him we posted earlier in the year where he got his first double unders?  What Awesome progress.

Here is our 915 class on a gorgeous day.

Seriously, I need to put this in a WOD and not just the warm up.

Funny I was just making fun of a few of our CFIB members for bicep flexing in every picture I take and as I'm going through some family pictures I find my wife knocking out the flex.  When Joey, Chris or I do it, it's dorky.....not going to lie, I find this picture HOT!  Thought I'd share :)

I'm Paleo, but this tattoo needs some bacon.
