Workout of the Day (WOD)

Tuesday 9/6/11

The handstand pics are still coming and I love posting them.  Here is Joey doing one 50 feet above ground.  I'm sure that's safe.

WOD:

3 rounds:
7 clean and jerk (155/105)
200m run
-rest 5 minutes-


3 rounds:
7 snatches (135/95)
200m run
-rest 5 miuntes-


3 rounds:
7 burpee box jumps
200m run

So I was thinking to myself....What clip is perfect for getting the gym psyched for the upcoming week after such a long lazy weekend.  You need the right mix of cliche, awesomeness and cheese.  I think I found it.  The worlds greatest Montage EVER.....or at least the greatest one I posted today.  Now go get psyched, work hard and DO WORK!
