WOD: 15 Minute AMRAP

15 V-Ups

15 KB Swings (55/35)

15 Push Press (75/55)

30 Jumping Lunges (each leg = 1)

  

While this guys strength and skill with the handstand push-up is impressive, all I could think was “no rep…” hahaha:
