Workout of the Day (WOD)

You've heard the rumors and now it's time to let you know the rumors are true.....CrossFit Bellevue & CrossFit Interbay will be throwing a competition for Teams Only.  All gyms are welcome.  Each team will consist of 4 people:  2 Men and 2 Women.  This is also a fundraiser for Toys for Tots, so come out have fun and support a good cause.  If you don't want to compete we will still need volunteers and judges.  More information on the event is here, feel free to share the competition with your friends:  www.bellevueinterbaythrowdown.com 

Each time you step into the gym, be proud!  You're changing your life one WOD at a time.  Celebrate that each and every day!! Be proud of your courage to not be afraid of failing a lift, or maybe coming in last during a WOD.....You're there....and making a change!!  Never let that accomplishment be diminished.

Strength:  3x250m Row (each individually timed)

WOD:

Clean & Jerk (Men 5,000 Pounds/Women 3500 Pounds)

*you establish the weight you want to use in order to complete the weights above.
