Workout of the Day (WOD)

A few things:

1st:  UW Team......what's up????? WSU put together their 7 person team fast and are cancelling all plans to be there Sunday at 9am to compete.  While UW is having trouble filling a team.  UW has 5 times as many people on the board but are still having trouble putting together a 7 person team.  tsk tsk tsk.  If you're interested in competing for UW contact Coach Geoff at geoff.meno@gmail.com the workouts are posted here:  Link
