Workout of the Day (WOD)

****They announced the time for the Saturday November 10th UW Football Game.  It starts at 7:30pm so our 80's Prom will start at 9:00pm.  We will also stream the game in the gym during the prom so those of you that need constant updates can watch the game and get them. 

We are trying to get a head count for babysitting.   Post in comments, text 206-399-5707 or sign up in the gym as to how many kids you plan on dropping off for babysitting so you can party at the prom.

We have a lot of families in the gym with new babies and new babies on the way.  I hope you train them early because they need the skills to defend themselves more than you would think.
