Workout of the Day (WOD)

Friday 12/28/12

The Monday class schedule will be as follows:  6am, 9:15am, noon and 530pm classes.  We will have an 11am class on New Years Day., then back to our normal class schedule Wednesday January 2nd.

www.comedysportzseattle.com you will see they are doing a special improv comedy show Saturday at 2pm for kids.  If you're looking for something to do with your kids, check it out.  Also they are looking at doing a CrossFit Improv emphasized show, so when you see Alex ask him about it.

Now the complete opposite of a Kids show...........I hate it when I have to explain my stupid sarcasm and jokes.  I posted a picture of Santa holding a box yesterday and nobody seemed to get it.  I was asked if he was holding a bomb in the box.  I don't know Santa well enough to be able to answer that.  I hope this video explains the Santa picture and my comment from yesterdays post.(really bad language)
