One of the best parts of the CrossFit Open is seeing new amazing athletes that are coming up and seeing their training styles. If you looked at the CF Open Leader Board you saw one guy posted 161 burpees with video and he is LEGIT!!!! for gymnastics and burpees :) We'll see how he measures up after 5 weeks of the CrossFit Open and all it's variety. Anyway here is a video of him in training & practice. No joke, this is really him. I think we are going to start this on Monday, Wednesday and Friday....leotards and short shorts for men and women MANDATORY
