Workout of the Day (WOD)

Today we get Crossfit Open WOD 12.3.....at 5pm.  David S.  thinks he's picked up a pattern :-)  so if he's right this article is a good one to read on Effeciency Tips on Ground to Overhead which was posted in the CrossFit Journal just a few days ago. 

Erin in WOD 12.2 with 100 pounds overhead.

     

WOD:

Run 800m

then

21-15-9 OH Squats (75/55) & V-Ups

then

Run 800m

Then

21-15-9 SDHP (75/55) & Push-Ups

Then

Run 800m

Here Megan does Work!  Unfortunately this will be the last time you see a picture of Megan looking like this.  Come to find out she's extremely clumsy and for liability (and entertainment) reasons she has to do all future WOD's wearing a suit of bubble wrap and a bicycle helmet.
