WOD:

Using Tabata Timing:  20 seconds to do work then you get 10 seconds of rest.  If you finish the exercises in less than 20 seconds you can use that as additional rest time.

"Thruster Ladder"

Perform 3 Thrusters at each of the 8 progressively heavier bars until you cannot make the weight or until you complete the ladder.  Once you do not lift the weight or complete the ladder, rest no more than 3 minutes and then get in line and start over from the beginning.  Complete 3 rounds
