Heavy Cleans

WOD:

20 Min AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) Ladder:

  • 5 Burpees
  • +1 Push Press 95/65#
  • +1 Sit Up

For example:
round 1 – 5 burpees, 1 PP, 1 SU
round 2 – 5 burpees, 2 PP, 2 SU
round 3 – 5 burpees, 3 PP, 3 SU
…… for as many rounds as you can get until 20 min are up

We've talked a lot about fitness, health, community, friendships and nutrition.  Now I want to take this time to show a video on leadership.  An unusual lesson but a very interesting perspective.
