Does anyone want to run in the Seattle Rock n Roll Half Marathon this weekend at a discounted rate?  If you do contact Carolyn B. at carolyndburns@gmail.com she has a race bib she can't use and would like to see it go to someone.

Some of you weren't able to make the "Break in the gym" at www.emeraldcitycrossfit.com well don't worry, if you're ever on that side of town and want to stop in for a workout, Seth and Melinda would love to have you drop in.

For time:
Row (undisclosed distance)
then perform undisclosed rounds of:
15 Push Ups
30 Double Unders
Run (undiscloed distance)
undisclosed rounds of:
15 Hollow Rocks
15 KB Swings (55/35)

Coaches corner: DO NOT tell other classes what the wod is. You will not know how far you're rowing, running or how many rounds you are doing until the wod starts.

Sometimes people forget I'm part ninja.  I've answered this question in a job interview this exact same way.  Because this video is very true!
