Congrats to DK and Amy for receiving their Level 1 Coaches Certification this past weekend.  Watch out they'll be assisting some classes in the near future.

 

Strength:  Backsquat 2x2x2x2x2x1x1 (75, 80, 85, 90, 92.5, 95, 95%)

Find your 1RM Jerk:  Start from the racks

WOD:

8 Minute AMRAP

Run 100m

10 OH Squat (75/55) 

Can you picture trying to jump on a treadmill for a run during a 21-15-9 Fran workout?  Good old fashioned running is where it’s at!  However for coaches entertainment value, we should get a couple of treadmills for the gym, just for this reason.
