Strength:  Deadlift 2x2x2x1x1 (85, 90, 92.5, 95, 95%)

WOD:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Push Press (95/65)

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10

Burpees

*Yes, it's exactly what you think.  First round you do 10 Push press and 1 burpee, then 9 push press and 2 burpees, then 8 push press and 3 burpees. etc. etc. until you get to 1 push press and 10 burpees.

I'm very impressed with this invention because I get tired playing rock paper scissors with kids and there being so many ties.  Next they need to come up with a computer that has a 100% win rate at tic tac toe.
