Workout of the Day (WOD)

We're all adults again, right? When opening a gym full of adults, I never guessed i would be making a post like this.

Why is it that 30 seconds before the workout starts, at least three people in the session have to go to the bathroom??? Nerves??? Too much water during the warm-up??? The caffeine is catching up to you?? All the jumping up and down shake your bladder loose??? Stalling???

I can name a few CFIB regulars that actually cause me to plan time into the session so they can take their pre-workout bathroom trip. I will do a fake 3-2-1...g...and know they will say "One second Ron I need to go potty".  What is the reason for the pre-workout tinkle? Post your thoughts to comments.

Strength:  Deadlift 3 sets of 3 reps @ 75% 1rm, 3 sets of 2 reps @ 85% 1rm, 2 sets of 1 rep @ 90% 1rm

WOD: 

30-20-10 Weighted Lunges (ea leg = 1) (75/45)

20-15-10 SDHP (75/45)

*Example:  complete 30 lunges then 20 SDHP, 20 lunges, 15 SDHP.....
