Workout of the Day (WOD)

Wednesday 7/25/12 "Dynamic Duo"

We are going to test out a new class for the entire month of August.  Starting August 6th we will run a noon class Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

How many times have you seen Batman since it came out last week?  Erin and I have been waiting for this movie since the Dark Knight.  We've watched the new one only once but we will likely see it again before the end of summer.  Erin's the big Batman nerd, not me.   

WOD:  "Dynamic Duo"

Work in teams of two

400m Run (do this as a relay, one run then when the partner returns the other runs as hard as they can)

100 Push Press (75/55) (Break up however you want as a team)

100 Weighted Lunges (75/55) (Break up however you want as a team)

I personally think they should let Adam West make a cameo in every Batman movie.  The man has serious acting chops.  Look how he fools the Commissioner and Chief Ohara in this scene.......if that's not genius acting then I don't know what is.
