WOD:  15 Minute AMRAP

30 KB Swings (55/35)

30 Box Jumps (24/20)

30 Sit Ups 

Since we are repeating a great WOD we need to revisit an amazing song.  Some of you haven't heard this yet but once you hear it, you will never stop singing it.  Enjoy.
