Congrats to Taryn and Lance for completing their Level 1 Coaches Certification recently.

Here is Taryn demonstrating a solid Overhead Squat while paddle boarding.  I would post a picture of Lance but I'd really like a picture of him OH Squatting or a Handstand on his sail boat :-)
